好久没有更新信息了，临时接到任务没有办法，一星差评对每一位亚马逊的销售来说真是深恶痛绝，特别是被竞争对手恶意攻击上直评。
以下方法仅限直评，VP你们也可以试试，说不定有意想不到的的收获。 请仔细阅读以下方法和聊天记录，发邮件的时候不要开 case发，直接用账号注册邮箱发到相关邮箱，一次不成发二次，二次不成发三次，多发几次你再看看效果，反正发邮件也不要钱。我不保证百分百有效，但是，目前测试都没问题昨天我的产品来了几个直评的差评。
我采取三种方式：
①在直评评论里回复说没查到购买记录，且评论用词很不道德，怀疑是恶性竞争对手的评论， 请停止这种卑鄙的行为。另外我们店的产品有售后保证，如果遇到什么问题请及时联系我们的客服。
②给直评评论点 NO，并提交违规申请，详细写清理由。
③按照如下对话发出的删差评方法文档，给亚马逊发送了邮件说明此事。
今天发现直评差评已经被删除，但是我之前上的直评好评也被删掉了。仅供参考。
hui: 我告诉您具体的方法 和邮箱 ：
1 详情页面 review 下方的 report abuse 按钮，卖家填写信息后，可以直接把删除 review 的申请提交到相关团队。
2，找到该评论，点击评论下方“Was this review helpful to you?” > “No”表示该评论没有任何帮助，如果超过一定数量和比例的买家都点击 No, 该评论会被屏蔽。
review 团队是外国团队而且有不同的针对性团队我告诉您 邮箱
举报方式：
前台 report abuse，60 分钟之内如无回应，则代表不会被移除。如果卖家认为内容仍存在问题，需写邮件至：
